Glen Avon Farm is an 1820s family farm set in the heart of the Eastern Cape. The two self-catering units, Garden View and Hart Cottage are located on the The Old Homestead of Glen Avon, whilst Pecan Cottage is ‘over the way’ at our parents’ homestead, The Retreat.
The two establishments are a stone’s throw from each other, and although further to drive between the two, it’s a quick 2-minute stroll through a pasture and over a quaint log bridge. Great for multi-family holidaying!
Since installing our solar panels, we are now off-grid for the most part and thus loadshedding free. All units are equipped with Wi-Fi for your convenience and enjoyment.
