For the more active there’s plenty mountain biking trails, birdwatching, a bakkie ride to the Glen Avon Waterfall and the choice of 3 marked walking trails to choose. If youre keen to fish then this is the place! We have 2 trout (fees apply) and 2 bass fishing dams (on the house if you stay with us). If you’ve got children then watching the morning milking and walk with Greg around the pastures to check on the animals are a must!

You won’t find traffic jams and the hum of urbanity here, but as we are a working farm, you might hear chickens, dogs, tractors, a motorbike, the odd braying donkey and bleats and moos. Greg enjoys it when guests participate in farm activities, so you might catch a bike or bakkie ride to wherever he’s going and lend a hand in whatever the task is.
